March 1, 2010 marks the end of a long hot Aussie summer and the beginning of a new era in real estate websites. For the first time ever, sellers will be able to search for authentic buyers actively looking to purchase in their area. Red hot buyers has been designed to streamline the entire buying and selling process with a host of benefits for sellers, buyers and real estate professionals.
Member agents will be adding buyers to the system throughout March, so sellers should check the site regularly for new buyers being added to the system. Buyers can also add their search criteria to the site allowing potential sellers to match their property to a buyers needs.
