Red Hot Buyer Surveys
From time to time Red Hot Buyers commissions a survey to understand the thoughts of consumers and those within the real estate industry. We use these results to gauge current trends therefore enabling us to develop products to best suit consumers. The real estate industry is constantly evolving, it is an industry that we are proud to be involved in and it is an industry that employs tens of thousands of people in Australia. For instance, we commissioned a survey in January 2011 asking buyers that purchased homes in 2010 a range of questions including:
How did you find out about the home you purchased?
a) Internet
b) Newspaper
c) Agent magazine
d) An agent
e) Signboard
f) Real estate window display
The answers to this particular question have enabled us to devise strategies best suited to helping real estate agents and sellers spend marketing money wisely. Red Hot Buyers are currently surveying real estate agents to find out their thoughts with regards to the two major real estate portals in Australia. It is worthy to point out that the early results to this particular survey provide an interesting insight into the feelings (both positive and negative) of real estate agents towards these two corporate giants.
